Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) seeks a senior Field Leader to direct installation, startup and turnover of diesel generators and related mechanical systems at Fort Buchanan, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. This contingent, on-site role reports to the Construction Manager and requires commissioning oversight.

You will plan generator receipt, setup, alignment, auxiliaries, and interfaces with electrical, controls and fuel systems, coordinate OEM services, and support microgrid testing.

Competenze

• 10+ years of industrial mechanical or power-generation construction experience.
• 5+ years supervising generator or rotating-equipment installation.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, OEM manuals, test procedures, and quality records.

Mansioni

• Plan and supervise generator receipt, preservation, setting, alignment, anchorage, auxiliaries, piping, ventilation, exhaust, and equipment interfaces.
• Coordinate OEM services, startup prerequisites, lubrication/cooling/fuel readiness, inspections, pre-functional checks, and load testing.
• Integrate mechanical work with electrical terminations, controls, fuel supply, structures, fire protection, and sound/vibration requirements.
• Maintain equipment records, torque/alignment reports, startup documentation, redlines, punch lists, warranties, spares, and O&M inputs.
• Support functional and integrated microgrid performance testing and correct deficiencies rapidly.
