Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC seeks a Site Superintendent for the Fort Buchanan microgrid in Puerto Rico. This contingent, on-island role requires continuous physical presence during active construction and oversight of subcontracted field work to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

You will direct daily site production, manage multiple crews, and coordinate with the Construction/Project Manager, CQC, and SSHO.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction with superintendent experience on federal/industrial projects.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary projects including civil, mechanical, electrical or utility work.
• Ability to read plans and manage short-interval planning.
• Full-time availability in Puerto Rico and Fort Buchanan access.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily site production across multiple subcontractors and crews.
• Prepare detailed day-to-day field plan aligned to approved activity numbers and look-ahead.
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment, permits, outages, inspections, and witness points.
• Attend control, schedule, progress, and commissioning meetings as required.
• Enforce drawings, specifications, submittals, and workmanship standards.
• Maintain coordination with the CQC Manager and SSHO.
