Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC is seeking a lead field superintendent for the Fort Buchanan microgrid project in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. This on-site, full-time, contingent role focuses on managing electrical installation, testing, and energization readiness with safety and configuration control.

You will supervise MV/LV installation, coordinate outages and tests, review submittals, and align interfaces across civil, generator, fuel, controls, fiber, and BESS scopes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in industrial or utility electrical construction.
• 5 years supervising medium-voltage work.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70/70E, NESC, LOTO, drawings and submittals.
• Ability to work full-time in Puerto Rico and obtain installation access.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise MV and LV electrical installation, terminations, grounding, relay wiring, equipment setting, and tie-ins.
• Coordinate outages, switching plans, LOTO, arc-flash controls, utility interfaces, test plans, energization packages.
• Verify drawings, cable schedules, torque records, test reports, redlines, and documentation before turnover.
• Lead subcontractor production and coordinate interfaces with civil, generator, fuel, controls, fiber, and BESS scopes.
• Participate in QC meetings, SAT, relay testing, functional tests, and integrated microgrid testing.
