Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of publishing processes including production, scheduling, and financial management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Extensive project management and planning ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage publishing projects, ensuring timely delivery and budgets.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams across departments.
• Develop production plans, schedules, and pricing awareness with stakeholders.
• Set up and manage data such as ISBNs and product information.
• Oversee contracts, vendor setup, and payment processes.
