Qualifications

• Knowledge of publishing processes including production, scheduling, and financial management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with project management software and data systems.
• Experience with RSuite or Global Works Tool is a plus.
• Understanding of Christian publishing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead publishing projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with editorial, marketing and production teams.
• Develop production plans and track KPIs.
• Manage data integrity and ISBN setup.
• Support contract workflow and vendor setup.
• Oversee inventory planning and sales data communications.
