Qualifications

• Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Self-motivated handling of details under pressure.
• Knowledge of printing, binding, or publishing schedules preferred.
• Comfort with computers and basic math/number-based tasks.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God's Word and the Statement of Faith

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules across departments to keep each title on track for its release.
• Serve as a communication liaison between the production team and partners within the company.
• Track and manage product details with accuracy to reflect our standard of quality.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple details under pressure.
• Support stewardship of production budget by ensuring resources are well spent on each project
