Job summary

PCI Federal is seeking a Program Analyst II to provide analytical, operational, and technical support for CDC programs, with expertise in clearance and publishing processes. You will work with federal staff, leadership, communications, and system developers to optimize publishing workflows and reporting.

Role requires strong CDC policy knowledge, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and ability to communicate across organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program analysis or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting federal government programs (CDC/HHS preferred).
• Experience with clearance, publications, and workflow systems.
• Experience with enterprise business systems and software applications.
• Strong knowledge of CDC publishing and clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• CDC Clearance and Publishing Systems Administration: manage publishing system actions, permissions, and reviewer groups.
• Publishing Portal Management: support eClearance, STARS, and related publishing systems; monitor performance.
• Customer Support and Stakeholder Engagement: assist users and improve user experience.
• Technical Coordination and Quality Assurance: coordinate between users, admins, and developers; test changes.
