Job summary

PCI Federal (PCIF) is seeking a Program Analyst II to provide analytical, operational, and technical support for CDC publishing and clearance activities in Atlanta. The role requires coordinating with federal staff, program leadership, and system developers to ensure efficient management of publishing and clearance processes.

Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of CDC policies, strong customer service skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program analysis, management support, or related areas.
• Experience supporting federal government programs, preferably within CDC, HHS, or another public health organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on CDC clearance policies, publishing requirements, and reviewer processes.
• Manage CDC publishing systems, user permissions, and workflow routing for timely clearance actions.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and cross-clearance activities across centers and offices.
• Develop reports and analyses to support organizational decision-making.
• Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks for process improvement.
