Job summary

Springer Nature US is seeking a Publishing Assistant for the Business, Economics and Statistics Journals Group in New York. You will provide administrative and project management support for a portfolio of journals and assist a team of publishers across the global program.

The role is hybrid in our New York office, offering exposure to editors, authors, and reviewers, with opportunities to work on KPIs, reports, and cross-department projects within a dynamic publishing environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Understand and contribute to meeting annual targets for journal submission, publication, and transfer volumes.
• Prepare materials for team reports, conferences, and board meetings, including PowerPoint presentations.
