impact.com is seeking a Publisher Development Manager to manage day-to-day interactions with a portfolio of publisher accounts, driving growth and revenue. You will build trusted partnerships, create strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams to scale performance across the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Meet publisher account growth targets to increase revenue and commissions.
• Create development plans to build trust, retention, and loyalty with publisher partners.
• Identify and support matchmaking efforts between publishers and Impact advertiser partners.
• Escalate publisher challenges early with potential resolutions.
• Analyze publisher data quarterly to ensure engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Growth, Support, Onboarding, Tech).
