Job summary

ProPharma in New York seeks a publication operations professional with advanced Datavision expertise to support publication reviews and related processes.

You will route IIS/IIT, research collaborations and internal publications through Datavision, manage records and approvals, run Datavision reports for metrics, update the team playbook, and facilitate sponsorship of HCPs for congress attendance when applicable. This is a hybrid role with 1–2 onsite NY meetings per month.

Responsibilities

• Advanced experience and expertise in working with Datavision for publication reviews
• Routing of IIS/IIT, research collaboration and internally written publications through Datavision – responsible for record setup, management of all reviews and approvals, record close out
• Agency QC of Datavision records
• Compliance management through TOV reporting
• Ability and knowledge of running Datavision reports for metrics generation
• Facilitation of internal process to sponsor HCPs for congress attendance, when applicable
• Meeting minute recording and management for bi-weekly team meetings
• QR code generation through internal system
• Management of updates to team playbook
• May be asked to support other cross functional publication team activities as appropriate
• Hybrid opportunity - 1 to 2 times per month onsite in NY for meetings
