Heart Rhythm Society in Washington, DC is seeking a Publications Associate to support the review process of manuscripts, perform light editing of letters of disposition, and maintain timely publication. You will communicate with authors, readers, and reviewers to uphold quality and speed of review and publication.
The role includes assisting with editorial meetings, content management of online journal pages, and coordinating with Journal/Publications staff on meetings using Zoom or video calls.

Under the direction of the AVP HRS Publications, Sr. Managing Editor, of the Heart Rhythm Society Journals, the Publications Associate assists with the review process of manuscripts, including light editing of letters of disposition, proofreading correspondence, corresponding with authors, readers, and reviewers, maintaining quality of journal content and speed of review process and time-to- publication, and other special projects.
Handles light content management of online journal web pages, and some social networking
