Job summary

Nex-Tech Classifieds in Great Bend, KS is seeking a Street Maintenance Technician under the guidance of the Street Supervisor. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in construction and maintenance preferred.
• Valid Kansas Class B CDL with air brake and tanker endorsement or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate light vehicles up to 2.5 tons and light tractors.
• Assist with repair and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
• Patch potholes, crack sealing, and concrete work training.
• Salt, sand, brine spread, and snow plowing (pending CDL).
• Set up temporary traffic control per MUTCD standards.
• Assist flood control levee maintenance and compost site operations.
