Douglas County, Colorado is seeking an Equipment Operator I to operate a wide range of county vehicles and heavy equipment, perform manual labor, and support maintenance tasks in Castle Rock or Parker.

A high school diploma or GED is required; CDL Class B at hire with potential for Class A progression. Overtime may be available; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement.

Competenze

• CDL Class B license required at hire; Class A progression possible.
• Flagger certification preferred or required.

Mansioni

• Operates equipment including trucks, rollers, graders, and other county vehicles.
• Performs road maintenance and manual labor tasks as needed.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with snow/ice removal.
• Maintains equipment and supports traffic control during construction.
