Qualifications

• Graduation from a two-year college or university with an Associate Degree in engineering, construction management, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience/education combination considered; valid WA driver license required.
• Professional credential preferred for advanced technician level.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial engineering contact and responds to public inquiries.
• Provides as-built records and right-of-way information for construction documents.
• Assists in review and processing of design plans for permits and reviews.
• Coordinates field inspections and data collection for streets, stormwater, and utilities.
