Civil Science seeks an experienced Public Works Division Manager to lead our North Dakota public works practice. You will oversee project managers, engineers, surveyors, and support staff, reporting to the Area Manager, and drive technical excellence, client growth, and staff development.

As a licensed engineer, you will shape strategic direction, manage budgets and risks, and build durable relationships with municipalities and state agencies while traveling across North Dakota and nearby states.

Qualificações

• North Dakota PE license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in public works and civil infrastructure.
• Proven ability to develop revenue-generating client relationships in North Dakota.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel within North Dakota and surrounding states.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction for the public works division, aligned with company goals.
• Lead division level planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Drive division-level quality, risk management, and safety compliance.
• Develop staff through mentoring, hiring, and company performance management programs.
• Represent Civil Science in municipal, regional, and state forums and industry organizations.
