Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in a relevant field (PA, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering).
• Six years of full-time management experience in civil or public works roles.
• Experience in local government and overseeing budgets, grants, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, motivates, coaches, and evaluates staff; manages performance and development.
• Leads DPW operations across water, sewer, stormwater, transportation, facilities, and waste.
• Develops capital programs, manages budgets, grants, and reporting to Town Council.
• Ensures safety, compliance with regulations, and coordination with agencies.
