Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. seeks a Public Works Project Manager with a Florida PE license to lead Land Development projects from our Tallahassee or Panama City Beach offices.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years in municipal Land/Site design, strong design skills, and the ability to mentor staff while managing client relationships. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required, with growth and ownership potential within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent.
• PE license in Florida or ability to acquire within 6 months of hire date.
• At least 4 years of experience in municipal Land or Site development design.
• Experience in Florida; strong knowledge of municipal/land design.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee design and construction of municipal Land/Site design projects (paving, grading, drainage, water/sewer).
• Conduct and manage design and plan production.
• Manage clients and supervise technical staff; provide training/mentorship of engineers.
