• Supervise and train staff; plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance and enforce policies.
• Read and understand plans for streets, sidewalks, trails, and drainage.
• Operate and supervise equipment and safety procedures on all jobs.
• Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
• Maintain equipment and schedule repairs; manage supplies and purchasing as needed.
