Job summary

Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority is seeking a skilled supervisor for sewer construction and maintenance, responsible for planning, materials, equipment, and directing a crew to complete work orders.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in sewer work, a valid Arkansas Class A CDL, and ability to read blueprints and maps. You will report to the supervisor, maintain tools and records, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years experience in sewer construction/maintenance.
• Valid Arkansas CDL Class A; tanker endorsement within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Receives work assignments from supervisor and reviews steps.
• Follows barricade plans and street-cut permits.
• Reports potential issues requiring action.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and fleet records.
• Completes daily job reports with receipts for materials.
• Operates equipment as required.
• Maintains a good driving record.
• Follows safety rules and uses PPE.
• Helps structure preventive maintenance within area.
• Supports community-focused tasks and other duties as needed.
