Job summary

Lindentx in Lucas, TX seeks a results‑oriented Public Works Supervisor to lead the Public Works Specialists in maintaining water, wastewater, streets, drainage and parks facilities. You will report to the Public Works Director and guide daily operations, planning, budgeting and policy compliance.

The role requires at least four years in utilities operation and maintenance, strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with city staff and contractors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Public Works Specialists and coordinate tasks as assigned by the Public Works Director.
• Assist and advise in short- and long-range planning.
• Prepare infrastructure repair and replacement lists and budgets.
• Advise on policies, work methods, and materials used in construction and maintenance.
• Prepare reports and recommend procedures and budget considerations.
• Ensure compliance with city policies, procedures, and safety rules.
