Qualifikationen

• ITRE Road Scholar or similar certification or training.
• NC DOT Flagging certification and ability to obtain within six months.
• Ability to read and understand as-built drawings or maps.
• Valid NC Class A CDL or ability to obtain within six months.
• Work Zone Supervisor certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Aufgaben

• Lead and participate in daily operations; monitor staff and correct issues.
• Serve as competent person on job site per OSHA.
• Construct and maintain storm drainage, sidewalks, and roadways.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance and water/sewer services to facilities.
• Operate and maintain equipment; perform skilled maintenance on vehicles.
• Respond to and document customer issues; prepare project records and photos.
• Suggest improvements to production, equipment performance, and service quality.
• Deal tactfully with staff and customers in tense situations; respond to emergencies.
• Participate in on-call rotation; perform other duties as required.
