Triangle DeCon Services, Inc. is hiring a Cost Control II to support the Los Angeles County Public Works rebuild initiative. The role focuses on project cost accounting, budgeting, and program finances within a governmental framework.

Responsibilities include designing and administering a rebate/grant program, establishing cost codes, and delivering audit-ready financial reports to oversight bodies. A strong Excel and public-sector finance background is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of governmental/public-sector cost accounting, grant or program financial management experience.
• Experience in financial reporting for public sector programs.
• Ability to track and reconcile project costs, budgets, encumbrances, and expenditures across multiple projects and funding sources.
• Experience developing and implementing rebates, grants, or incentive programs with clear criteria and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project cost accounting and financial management for the rebuild program.
• Design, implement, and administer a rebate program supporting the rebuild effort.
• Prepare clear financial reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for management and oversight bodies.
• Ensure internal controls prevent duplicate or ineligible payments and keep the program audit-ready.
