Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years project management experience (PM II) or 15 years (PM III).
• Licensed professional or CCM certification preferred.
• Education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through programming, design, permitting, construction and close-out.
• Develop and control project scope, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate interdependent infrastructure systems (roads, water, sewer, stormwater).
• Facilitate project team, client and community stakeholder meetings.
