Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Three years of contract administration and/or municipal finance experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, maintenance, and administration of design and construction contract documents and specifications.
• Integrate on-call contract task orders into OpenGov.
• Generate and coordinate contract amendments and change orders.
• Assist in public bid process and bid advertisement in compliance with laws.
