Qualifications

• Experience using contract management systems and procurement/ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and coordinates development of sourcing strategies for high value requirements.
• Identifies opportunities and implements improvements in strategic sourcing.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to procure materials and services cost-effectively.
• Drafts complex solicitations and assists in establishing technical specifications.
• Negotiates contract terms and pricing for strategic commodities and design/construction contracts.
