Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Strong public works and public agency project experience.
• Experience with prevailing wage, public bidding, utility coordination, permits, inspections, and government contracts.
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of grading, paving, concrete, site development, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and public agencies.
• Support field operations alongside Superintendents and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and public works requirements.
