Job summary

Overaa Construction seeks a Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead complex public and institutional projects in the Bay Area. You will coordinate preconstruction, planning, and delivery with clients and trade partners to ensure safety, schedule, and quality are achieved.

The PM will manage budgets, contracts, and procurement while mentoring junior team members. A degree in Construction Management or engineering is preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project experience delivering complex public and institutional buildings.
• Knowledge of project management software and construction documentation.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Direct and motivate teams and trade partners to meet deadlines.
