Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Manage projects across the full lifecycle: preconstruction, design review, procurement, scheduling, execution, financial management, and closeout.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through full lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
Maintain project budgets and financial workflows including requisitions, payments, lien releases, payroll, and cash flow.
Coordinate with owners, architects, field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and internal estimating resources.
Provide leadership on jobsite safety, quality, schedule, and overall project execution.
