Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years field experience in construction observation.
• 3-5 years field experience in construction and materials testing.
• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with client relationships related to land development and capital projects.
• Observe construction activities and document conformance with plans, standards, and specifications.
• Promptly report deviations to project managers and supervisors.
• Prepare accurate daily field reports of work performed and actions taken.
• Communicate regularly with the project manager and site personnel.
• Read project plans and convey design intent to subcontractors.
• Interact with municipal representatives and the public.
