• Licensed to practice law in Washington with active bar status
• Experience in municipal, contract and general business law
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Advise Board of Commissioners on legal issues and governance
• Oversee contracts, agreements and district legal documents
• Coordinate outside counsel and ensure compliance with FERC/NERC standards
• Ensure compliance with open records requests and regulatory reporting
• Maintain professional conduct and support district safety and operations
