Job summary

Raftelis, a public sector-focused consulting firm, seeks an Analyst/Associate Consultant to deliver financial planning, cost-of-service, rate design, and bond feasibility studies for municipal utilities.

You will mine data, build Excel-based models, validate usage data, and communicate results clearly, with opportunities to contribute to business development. Hybrid work: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including dashboards, scenario analysis, and formulas.
• Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills; ability to create templates.

Responsibilities

• Data mine and aggregate project data from multiple sources and develop Excel-based financial models.
• Validate customer usage data and provide insights on usage patterns and demand.
• Work with project managers, switch between projects to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Produce, edit, and present reports, proposals, and presentations clearly.
