Raftelis, a public sector-focused consulting firm, seeks an Analyst/Associate Consultant to deliver financial planning, cost-of-service, rate design, and bond feasibility studies for municipal utilities.
You will mine data, build Excel-based models, validate usage data, and communicate results clearly, with opportunities to contribute to business development. Hybrid work: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Working within a team, the Analyst/Associate Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional client service in the public municipal utilities industry (water, wastewater, and stormwater) through various multi-discipline projects, such as financial planning, cost of service rate and fee setting, bond feasibility studies, and miscellaneous financial-related projects.

The salary range for an Analyst is $63k to $73k. The salary range for an Associate Consultant is $73k to $89k. Compensation depends on education, experience, and location.
