Job summary

Raftelis partners with local governments and utilities to deliver financial planning, rate setting, and feasibility studies for water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities. The Analyst/Associate Consultant role combines data modeling, analysis, and client communication within a multi-discipline project team.

We value strong Excel skills, proficiency in Word/PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; able to formulate multiple solutions.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency; dashboards and scenario analysis.
• Strong MS Word/PowerPoint skills for templates and presentations.
• Experience QA/QC on large data sets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Data mine and aggregate project data; develop Excel-based financial models.
• Validate customer usage data and provide insights on usage patterns.
• Work under project managers; switch between projects to meet milestones.
• Produce, edit and present reports, proposals, and presentations clearly.
• Support senior staff in business development and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with clients to collect data and communicate results.
