Job summary

Raftelis seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver exceptional client service in the public municipal utilities sector, driving financial planning, rate design, and feasibility analyses across multiple projects.

You will develop Excel-based models, manage project deliverables, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior staff. A 3+ year PM background in water-related utilities is required, with hybrid in-office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or related industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and Visual Basic programming; strong Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and querying databases (Access/SQL).

Responsibilities

• Mine data and build Excel-based financial models for financial planning studies.
• Switch between projects quickly to meet milestones and deliverables under PM guidance.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations clearly and succinctly.
• Support senior staff in business development and mentor junior staff on project work.
