Qualifications

  • A combination of education and professional experience in public or business administration and accounting or economics.
  • Experience in management, financial, budgetary, economic or tax analysis is required by levels I–III.
  • Three to five years of relevant professional experience depending on the level.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly project cost reports and analyze financial trends for ongoing construction activities.
  • Maintain and evaluate fiscal data in the Contract Management System with accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead more complex analyses, forecast budgets, monitor contingencies, and propose budget adjustments.
  • Support audits, cost tracking, payments, and reconciliation efforts; advise on financial policy.
