Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in public transit operations or scheduling.
• Knowledge of routes, schedules, and operating policies.
• Experience with dispatching and incident response is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time dispatching of operators to ensure service delivery.
• Reassign buses and operators during emergencies or high priority events.
• Coordinate and dispatch all bus operator assignments for revenue service and events.
• Monitor performance and recommend training or actions as needed.
• Input payroll information into CAD and verify data.
