Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Previous Housekeeping experience highly preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work - lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally; stand for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lobby, public restrooms, corridors, and public spaces to Highgate standards.
• Use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with other staff.
• Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist with room attendant duties and other housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Ensure guest areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
