Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Digital Solution Lead to oversee the implementation and transition to live service for the North Sea Jobs digital solution. You will coordinate internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout and sustained operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital workstreams in complex environments.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology partners.
• Knowledge of progress tracking, governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and mobilisation of the digital solution from contract award through to live service.
• Coordinate delivery activities across internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for two external digital suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, risks and dependencies throughout implementation.
• Lead go-live planning and transition activities to ensure a controlled service launch.
• Support organisational change activities to maximise adoption and operational readiness.
