Responsibilities

• Greet and check in applicants and verify identity and documents.
• Assist customers, answer general inquiries, and maintain timely check-in processes.
• Maintain up-to-date information on program requirements and enrollment.
• Notify inspection staff of information impacting eligibility.
• Access government databases to verify applicant information.
• Escort applicants when necessary and provide performance reports.
• Compile daily activity data for CBP officers and contractor staff.
• Schedule appointments and assist the public with online enrollments and account creation.
