Responsibilities

• Answer questions and guide customers through processes.
• Assist with opening and closing the Scottsburg branch shifts.
• Check transactions for accuracy and proper accounting.
• Escalate and resolve customer concerns with leadership as needed.
• File completed applications and maintain branch workflow.
