Ability to make independent decisions regarding payments, clearing of records and office management. Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor for a front of house position dealing with students, faculty and staff. High school graduate or GED with six months clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school or (30 college credit hours) required.
