Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of professional IT experience bridging website development and project analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Equivalency between education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized IT projects within HHS.
• Manage CMS configuration, templates, roles and workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow intake, triage, and ticket routing.
• Enforce publishing workflows with PIO approval and governance.
• Perform accessibility audits and remediation prior to publishing.
• Collaborate with program leads, legal, privacy, and communications.
• Train content editors on CMS usage and accessibility.
• Track SLAs, uptime, remediation progress, and report to leadership.
