Job summary
Montgomery County is seeking an Internet Developer & Project Analyst for a hybrid IT role. You will own CMS administration, ServiceNow intake and triage, and publishing workflows, while ensuring accessibility and HIPAA considerations across health and human services programs.

Qualifications
- Three years of IT experience bridging website development and project analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; equivalency possible.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead small-to-mid IT projects as the primary technical point of contact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document site requirements.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery on time and within scope.
- Configure, maintain, and secure the CMS in collaboration with TEBS.
- Triage ServiceNow intake, routing, and ticket audits.
- Enforce publishing workflows with PIO approvals.
- Perform accessibility audits and remediate pages and documents.
