Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to support government clients across federal, state, and local agencies. The Transformation Risk Team focuses on program management operations, integrating scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, access robust PM training, and shape meaningful outcomes while traveling as required and maintaining necessary clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance, accounting, engineering or business-related field plus independent work experience.
• Experience leading teams on engagements and managing client priorities.
• Proven ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex programs.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead collaborative client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations for organizational, process and tech improvements.
• Deliver high-quality client services and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Communicate improvements from EY's portfolio and project management methodologies.
• Develop staff through effective leadership and mentorship.
