We seek a Manager to lead engagements in our Transformative Change practice in New York, guiding project workstreams, client relationships, and cross-functional teams delivering analytical and operational solutions for complex public-sector and litigation-related engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, economic consulting, public-sector or nonprofit consulting, program implementation, monitoring, or related work.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public policy, statistics, data analytics, sociology, political science, social work, law, or a related field.
• Strong GPA (3.5 or above).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain analysis to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel; Tableau, Power BI, and Zendesk experience valued per role.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities from planning through execution, coordinating timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support development and implementation of call center operations, staffing, and training efforts.
• Build operational workflows in CRM platforms (Zendesk) with forms, data fields, automation, routing and reporting.
• Analyze program and service-delivery data to develop findings and recommendations.
• Perform KPI calculations, trend analysis, and reporting using Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
• Develop monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and reports to track progress and actions.
