The City of Philadelphia’s Office of the Chief Administrative Officer is seeking a Training Specialist to design, update, and deliver training programs for a citywide workforce. You will create engaging content and learning resources that support departments, teams, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate translates complex information into clear objectives, facilitates sessions in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, and applies adult learning principles to ensure practical application.

Formación

• Knowledge of adult learning theory and training best practices.
• Knowledge of instructional design models and approaches (ADDIE, SAM).
• Knowledge of virtual, in-person, and blended learning environments.
• Experience designing interactive training for adult learners.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, update, and enhance training content for various formats.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
