Responsibilities include creating engaging content, facilitating sessions in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, and applying adult learning principles to ensure practical application and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Proficiency with Articulate and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, update, and enhance training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear learning objectives and materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to ensure relevance and practicality.
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness to continuously improve materials.
