Scale is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Public Sector in Washington, DC. You will lead cross‑functional efforts to deliver AI/ML solutions for government customers, triage issues, and drive scalable programs using data analytics.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required (Full Scope Polygraph a nice to have).
• 3+ years in stakeholder management or a customer-facing role.
• Technical background in CS, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Deep understanding of ML operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by solving technical and operational challenges for Public Sector customers.
• Leverage tech concepts and tools to build or significantly improve solutions.
• Use data and analytics to align resources and create value for public sector clients.
• Transition AI/ML technologies into working Public Sector products when requirements are undefined.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and other public sector teams to deliver AI systems for government use cases in CV and GenAI.
• Lead a cross-functional team to exceed AI/ML objectives.
• Manage long-term customer health by proactively identifying risks.
• Make customer success repeatable and scalable across future customers.
• Address engineering problems alongside product development teams.
