Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Account Executive to master SHI's value proposition and exceed revenue goals by developing strategic sales approaches and cultivating relationships with both existing and new customers.

The role involves identifying opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and communicating SHI's portfolio tailored to customer objectives while building market awareness through industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of successful sales experience.
Willing to travel to customer sites within territory.
Ability to work outside of standard office hours when required.

Responsibilities

Master SHI’s value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals with strategic sales plans.
Cultivate relationships with existing customers and establish new ones via targeted outreach.
Identify, create and pursue opportunities in the sales pipeline to hit targets.
Collaborate with internal support teams and external partners to drive business.
Position and communicate SHI’s portfolio of products, solutions, services and capabilities.
Build market awareness by participating in local/regional industry events.
